24 and around 330 lbs/150 kg. I've had enough. What would be a good way to lose weight that isn't hard to stick to?

I'm a 24 year old male whom for most of my life has struggled with weight.

Over the last few years thanks to a combination of depression and not getting out enough, I've started to pack on too much weight, and now as according to my last weigh in I'm at around 330 lbs/150 kg, and I just can't take it anymore.

I wake up feeling sore and even some small outside work for a while gets me completely exhausted and short of breath, feeling like I'm going to pass out.

Its been hard to stick to diets as I am a notoriously picky eater and I've not had the oppourtunity to go to a gym, which might finally be changing soon enough. I've always struggled with potential diets and I've always lacked self-esteem and optimism to try and really make a deal to lose weight, but with myself continuing to balloon, I'm getting to the point where I simply can't take it anymore.

What would be a good way to lose weight that isn't hard to stick to?
