I am typing this to have some form of accountability for myself. I read so many stories on this sub and I am extremely happy for all of you.
I am currently 332 lbs. My goal is to be around 215 lbs one day. This is a bit infuriating, as I have lost weight before and gained it back. Several years ago I was sitting around 290 lbs and made the decision to change. I worked hard (P90X, Insanity) to get the weight off, and I was successful. For whatever reason, I eventually quit exercising and eating healthier all together. I gained all the weight back and then some. It's tough to think I was so close, and I just let it go. I'm not even sure why.
But hindsight is 20/20. I am on the path to change and I hope to keep you all updated with my progress.
