20m, 179 cm, 118kg. I lost 5k in 1 month where I was eating at 2300 calories. I am now eating at 1700 calories and I’m lifting and I got a job at a fast food place (i dont eat a work) so I’m active all day long.
At the first month I didn’t even workout, work or even use a food scale. And I was eating 500 cal more.
What is causing me to stay att 118 cal in a month? New active job? Lifting? I’m 100% sure I am counting everything correctly. even if I weren’t counting perfectly, I’m eating exactly the same things I did last month, just less. I also stopped using 2 antidepressants this month, could this be a factor? Should I do a refeed day/week?
