I’m a 29F, weigh 170lbs and i need to get down to 150 lbs. I’m just tipping over on the scale into being overweight. This has been my norm for the last few years. I can’t seem to be motivated like i used to. i have always been around 145lbs and over the past few years i have just been getting so bloated and less motivated. I know it’s not a crazy amount to lose 20lbs but i just can’t seem to get it done. It’s weird to not feel myself. I’m into healthy food. My problem has become portion control. I never used to mind feeling a little hungry and i had self-control. But now i just feel so nauseous if i feel a little ‘hungry’. Any tips on losing 20lbs? HELP!
