I have lost 35 post in the last 9 months by calorie counting and eating balanced nutrition. I still need to lose 8-10 lbs but now I'm not as strict as I used to be.
I love food and still do. I love trying out new type of dish and exploring new local restaurants. So once in a while I would eat out like normal but in smaller portion with no sugary drinks.
However, I noticed that I would always feel sick whenever I eat out. My stomach would be very gassy and I would feel nauseous. Sometimes I would have diarrhea on the next day. The food I had are not even fastfood ! It saddens me that I no longer can be as adventurous when it comes to food like I used to before.
Is anyone experience the same thing ? If so, how do you deal with it?
