I eat oatmeal with nuts, blueberries, and Greek yogurt in the morning. I eat a salad with protein and gluten free bread for lunch, and by dinner I don’t know what to eat. I work a lot of hours and come home mentally/physically exhausted. I’m 5’4 198lbs 31F. I’ve tried vegetarian, keto, paleo, etc.... I think I’m obsessing over macros and even using my fitness pal makes me obsessive over numbers. I’m pre diabetic and stress eat. I’ve quit alcohol for 1 year 6 months. Food seems to be my new “addiction”. I’m meditating and journaling to keep the stress levels low, but can’t keep a workout routine and don’t know what to eat. Help.
