Hello! I'm struggling to lose weight after dealing with anorexia/bulima for years. I have lost a lot of weight before going through military training but I managed to gain it all back in just a year. Now that Im not in such a strict environment and im on my own I find it hard to keep track of calories or exercise without feeling overwhelmed with my failure of gaining the weight back and feeling like I'm obsessing over my weight. This causes me to feel very discouraged and giving up. My main goal is to get to a health BMI (5'3 bmi: 28.3 weight: 160) I workout daily after work, and I've cut out carbs and pork from my diet. Advice is appreciated! And sorry for the format im on mobile and I don't usually post.
