Hello all. I just want to say first off how motivating everyone is on here. I’ve read post every day for the last several months but never posted anything before. A little about myself as I’m currently doing P90X3 and working a desk job. My starting weight was at 210 and currently I’m about 190. I would like to lose another 15ish pounds. I’m eating roughly 1800 calories a day. My diet typically consists of egg whites, a banana, and overnight oats in the morning. For lunch it’s half a cup of rice, a 1/4 cup of black beans, scrambled eggs with salsa and then cucumber and grapes on the side. Dinner is normally some type of lean meat 1/2 cup rice 1/2 cup black beans and salsa. Then for snacks I normally have protein drinks or trail mix. I’ve done well so far but as I’ve been losing weight I feel like I am more bloated. Would anyone thing it’s from the large amount of carbs in my diet? If so should I try adding more veggies instead of so much rice and beans?
