After moving my youngest to the college dorm last week Im here by myself and instead of cooking for one every night, I looked into healthy premade meals. I have had some frozen dinners from the grocery store like lean cuisine and the like. I happened across an ad for Megafit meals. Healthy meals made with measures macros and good calorie counts. It was a commitment to order them as the least you can order is 12 and they range from $8 to $14 each. I wanted to try though. I picked out 12 different ones that looked good and spent $130 for 12 meals. They came in an insulated box with dry ice and were cold when I got them.
I tried the first one for dinner tonight, the "Megafit signature meal" at 430 calories. It was honestly one of the best things I have eaten in quite a while. And there was a LOT of food, Im stuffed, which I never feel after eating a diet dinner from the grocery store. If the other meals are as good as this one, Ill be ordering again for sure. With as good as it was and how much there was, Im actually kind of skeptical at the calorie count being accurate but everything I see online looks legit.
Anyone else had any experience with these?
