After having success with cico since October last year, and losing close to 30lbs, got stuck in a plateau at the beginning of the year, then I got sick in February, then had back to back surgeries in March and April and recovered from that, only to lose my job and get sick twice in the summer.
After all of this, I maintained at 164lbs, and I’m super proud of that. I wouldn’t have been able to control my binge eating a year ago (before I started my journey to health), so I’m super glad I made the changes I did, when I did, before all the shit hit the fan this year.
Now I’m ready to get back into it and do better! In the past month or two, I’ve almost completely cut out alcohol, and I have been eating lots of raw veggies for snacks (instead of chips and crackers).
Doing some short body weight workouts for a few days now and cut down on calories in. Now here’s to hoping this train keeps rolling! Thanks to everyone who had supported and uplifted me throughout this process. I wouldn’t be where I am physically, emotionally, or otherwise without all of you!
