My son has recently taken to liking smoothies with me. He has severe peanut/tree but allergies and all my powders have may contain warnings. Anyone else out there with allergies that has found a product they can use and like? I am already doing the obvious protein sources from dairy in his shakes but looking for an extra bump.
In other news I recently went on a 10 day cruise where I ate, drank, and enjoyed everything. Since I’ve been home I’m off the rails with my food and craving all the sugar. Everyday I wake up with the best intentions and then screw up eating crap and binge. I just can’t find the willpower/motivation to knock it off. I have been maintaining a 200 lb loss since May and feel like it’s slipping away. I have not passed my scream scale number of 155 but am up around five pounds. It’s only a little bit this mindset is a slippery slope. In the passed this is where I go sideways and end up back where I started plus interest. 😩 I am logging everything and even seeing calories in the red isn’t deterring me from making bad decisions.
