Progress update: 25lbs down

My journey has been a long one,tldr is I gained a bunch of weight after developing a pulmonary embolism that left me sedentary because breathing hurt. Around February I had had enough and took control of my food, and about 2 months ago I joined a gym and started working with a personal trainer.

Now I am 25 lbs down (200-175 lbs) and here's what I've noticed:

I am much more comfortable buying clothes, which is good because almost none of my old clothes fit.

I am finally out of the obese category for my height.

My body has some muscle definition that I can see!

I can lift my preschoolers up much easier.

I overall have more motivation to get my shit together, as in my apartment etc.

Sorry if this is boring just really wanted to tell someone :-)
