Struggling with Motivation to Cook

I'm finding recently that I'm starting to really struggle with my motivation with cooking. I know I want to lose weight, I know how to do it, I just lose all interest in food. This causes an issue as I fall into my old habits of just getting fast food which generally leads to binge eating it and/or getting it every day.

Now I'm not sure what it is, bored with what I'm eating, being depressed or whatever but I'm struggling to find foods that I want to eat. I thought that meal prepping would help because then I don't have to cook often. But then by day 3 or 4, I don't even want to look at what I've made which leads me down that path mentioned earlier.

Has anyone experienced this kind of slump? Are there things you did that helped you get out of it? I try looking up recipes and things to try but nothing seems appealing to me. I joke to my mom that I just need to find a shake that I drink every day with all the calories/nutrients that I need instead of eating anything.
