1/2 way there, looking for tips and tricks for plateaus and getting to the last half of my goal 🥳

I (22f, 204 > 174.6 = 30lbs lost) posted back in January that I committed to starting my journey, and for the most part I have kept to it. There have been huge ups and downs but I have somehow landed with losing 30lbs so far! have been going to a CrossFit gym that is hella inclusive and the best fitness family ever, which helps me gain muscle and feel good after workouts.

I am trying to search for some extra motivation and tips for getting to the second half so I will land somewhere between 140-155. Or do I just keep doing what I have been doing? I know it’s going to get harder to lose weight as I get smaller, but I am just seeing if I need to know specifics to propel me forward. Suggestions not including food or workout related but videos or other books are also welcome!

Thanks for always being my favorite sub, I am baffled by how many people are changing their lives and putting the hard work in.
