I hope your Saturday is going well! I went to Trader Joe's and my only regret is not getting more produce. Next time I'm buying the expensive fat blueberries. Treat yo self.
Weight by end of month (223 - 219 lbs): 225.4 this morning, 225.6 trend weight.
Stay in calorie goal (weekly average): Haven't pre planned dinner but I should be good to go.
Exercise 5 days a week: Mowed a lawn! 9/14 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week): None today. 8/13 (monthly total allowed).
No fast food: None today. 2/14 days.
Self-care treat once a week: I'm about to have the mother of all showers with scrub & all the moisturizing products. 2/2 weeks.
Practice drawing with pencils/art supplies: Haven't been hitting this very hard, I'll try to make more time for it going forward.
Try a new recipe once a week: Nothing today but I've got a new recipe for meal prep & lots of good stuff on the market list! 2/4 weeks.
