Binging once a week, like a horrible cheat day I can't control. Advice? Comfort?

5'3, 23f, hw-175, cw-154, gw-135 So I eat pretty good most for the time sticking to the 1,500 Cal limit my personal trainer set for me. But once a week I really over eat in a way that's secret and embarrassing, like getting Wendy's in my car. It sets me back nearly 2000 calories every week so I'm actually eating an average of 1,800 or so a day instead of the 1,500. I feel guilty and honestly like ashamed and like a hypocrite when I eat healthy in front of friends and family but stuff my face regularly w fast food. I work out every week. 3 days lifting, 2-4 days cardio. So I'm still losing but it's very slow and I feel discouraged by it's pace. I would really like to hit my gw before I turn 24 in January.
