I’ve talked to a dietitian, doctor, etc, and the only way for me to lose weight is to eat 1,200 calories a day and exercise (I’m very short). I also need to lose 30 pounds. Even when I eat mostly veggies, protein, and some complex carbs (but no simple carbs), I’m famished. I end up binge eating and going over 1,200 calories a day. It’s driving me crazy.
Does anyone have any advice on how to suppress my appetite?
I didn’t realize how little 1,200 calories was.

My doctor said that for my build, I really should be around 100 pounds. I’m actually considered obese for my build.
I know I’ll be hungry and it won’t be comfortable, and I’m ok with that. I just don’t want to be ravenous.
