Down 50 pounds since last year.... and now I’m pregnant

23F, I’m 4’9 and very small framed. At my heaviest I was pushing close to 160. Around this time last year I was probably between 140-150. I was able to bring my weight down to 100 and I was so happy. I feel so much lighter. I ran regularly/workout at home and changed my eating habits. I found out last Friday I’m pregnant and although it is sort of humorous that I JUST reached my goal, I’m excited because this is my first pregnancy. I would love tips on how to stay healthy during this time because I can no longer exercise (doctor ordered bed rest till who knows), does anyone have any advice on a diet I could stick to?
