I stopped eating meat. I started eating healthy. Don’t buy snacks or candy anymore. Pretty much cut out soda from my diet too.
I started to run about 21 total miles a week on top of starting yoga and light lifting.
I was a size 6 in pants 3 months ago and around the same(3 months ago)) I bought cute size 2 jeans for $5 on clearance.
Today I am comfortably wearing those size2 jeans.
It’s a small difference but I feel so muuuch better! I have so much more energy from eating well and exercise.
I know I’m not exactly motivational from losing a bunch of weight, but I’m super proud of myself and really love the way I look. 😁
