Wow it has been a really long time since I have posted on this site, hello again everyone. l lost a lot of weight since the last time I was on here, then gained some back, then lost again. Yes I became a human yo-yo, I am lucky I am losing again because yo-yoing is supposed to have bad affects on the body's metabolism. I'm officially back on track and staying there. I go walking once a week with a few friends, However I have realized that on this one day seemed to be the only day that they go walking. whereas I prefer to workout during the week either in the gym or going for a walk. My mother thinks it is a waste of time walking with them but I don't really consider it that way or at least I didn't at first. we're having fun and getting a good workout at the same time. However, if your group are only going to workout for that one day and spends the rest of the week eating and basically doing nothing, then working out with them does in a way feel like a waste of time. I know I should just focus on what I am doing but it kind of bothers me when someone gives off the impression that we are all in this together but in reality we're not. What do you guys think?
