I wanted to ask you a question incase anyone had time to provide some guidance
Over the past month I (f26) started to eat much healthier and work out almost daily. I have lost somewhere around 5 pounds.
However, once of the hardest things for me is to figure out when it is okay to indulge a bit without losing progress. If you haven’t noticed, many resources on the internet are polar opposites in their opinions on this.
For example today I had a high calorie dinner and an alcoholic beverage. Other days I try to treat myself by eating small portions of unhealthy snacks or making it healthier myself.
I know every human is different, but I wondered if anyone could share some advice about how they found their balance.
