18M 5’8 about 170lb with high teens to low twenties bf% based on image comparison (I know I should measure but I tried multiple times and got inconsistent results).
I’m looking to do a cut soon and decided to track my calories for today to see where I would be at regularly. Before dinner today, I looked at my record for today and from a pretty ignorant perspective, I thought it looked decent for a cutting diet and wanted to ask if it sounds alright to people more informed than I am. Obviously I would spread this over the course of the day better if I were to use this as a cutting diet. My daily intake so far is as follows
Breakfast: 100 grams of strawberry yogurt 1 large egg 150 grams of egg whites 1 banana 105 grams of ham 78 grams of red pepper 250 ml of skim milk 722 calories, 26.46 grams of fat, 61.14 grams of carbs, 60.35 grams of protein
Lunch: 120 grams of skinless chicken thighs 150 grams of baked white potatoes 80 grams of oven roasted sliced turkey 40 grams of multigrain bread 588 calories, 16.42 grams of fat, 50.62 grams of carbs, 56.77 grams of protein
Snacks: 250 ml of 1% fat milk 200 grams of 0% fat vanilla Greek yogurt 58 grams of Edge cereal 140 grams of frozen blueberries 38 grams of whey powder 698 calories, 8.61 grams of fat, 94.11 grams of carbs, 64.26 grams of protein
Total: 2007 calories, 51.49 grams of fat, 205.87 grams of carbs, 181.38 grams of protein
Currently I’m very slowly gaining weight at what I’d estimate to be about this plus dinner so about 2800 calories of intake daily and maybe a TDEE of 2500 calories (very rough estimate).
If you need more information please ask. Otherwise any input is greatly appreciated even if it’s telling me that I’m an idiot.
