I've lost motivation, and I dont know how to get it back

Started my journey officially 2 years ago but unofficially hit it hard core January of this year. I've been going to the gym 2-3 days a week, eating pretty good (1200 calories or less) and moving into weight training to tone. I've gone from 185 lbs to 145lbs, however this plateau is killing me. My goal weight is 130 and toned. But this past 3 weeks have been terrible for motivation. I cant seem to stop giving myself excuses, eating crap, and overall just being lazy. I need help getting back on track and this community has been great, reading about your struggles and overcoming them, and your successes. I was hoping you guys had any tips on getting my motivation back, and to help me get back on track, I'm so close I can see the goal, I just cant seem to grasp it.
