Recently I celebrated reaching my goal of being under 200lbs. It was slow but steady progress over 4 years and a lot of it I owe to my fiance. At the very beginning my fiance got me into Keto, within a year I was down 50lbs with little to no exercise. After a year I started running and dropped another 25lbs. Early 2018 I started boxing and dropped 20lbs in a few months. After that I hit a bit of a plateau. I was stuck around 200-205lbs for a few months before my fiance helped me again. She made me a custom meal plan so I didn't have to worry about or count calories, it was amazing. That change almost immediately snapped me out of my plateau and got me down to where I am today at 193lbs. I still have a ways to go before I reach my ultimate goal but I'm proud to be where I'm at and thankful for my fiance who helped me the whole time.
