Hey guys
Began my fitness journey on March 13th 2019 at 6ft 26y 206lbs with no prior training or experience being active and a lifelong trash food diet
today I am between 166 and 169 it fluctuates
I've lost a significant amount of fat and built some muscle along the way using the recommended routine as I am training to develop calisthenics skills.
With that said I'm noticing what seems to be loose skin and want to know if it looks like the type that will tighten and dissapear and if it's fillable
I'm also wondering if I should keep cutting and maintaining a caloric deficit or start holding maintenance calories and slowly start lean bulking
