Any tips on how to get over a setback, or breaking your weight loss

Last summer I started regularly going to the gym, and I felt a better person, and throughout the 3 months, I saw a lot of results, I lost 45 pounds in three months, then the Planet Fitness Summer Teen Challenge ended, and after some laziness with going to the gym, I didn't bother with signing up to a gym again, and after gaining some weight back I feel so bad for not signing up, and I feel like all that effort and work was for nothing, and I feel extremely unmotivated to start losing weight again. Is there anything you guys do to get motivated again, and just not feel bad about breaking weight loss. :(
