Did losing weight help you sleep better?

Currently I'm BMI 36.4. The past week and a half, no matter how much or how little sleep I get, I feel tired and lethargic throughout the day. I'm worried it might be sleep apnea because my family has always teased me about my horrible snoring, or anemia because I've had it before, but I haven't felt this tired during the day until recently. Before this I only felt this fatigue if I got four hours or less of sleep. I wake up once or twice during the night to use the bathroom, but this has been happening since I was in middle school.

So my question is, when you lost weight did you find your sleep had improved or did you stop feeling tired during the day, and do you remember at what point (pounds lost, BMI drop, etc) the feeling went away? I really do not want to get a CPAP machine, I want to fix this naturally.
