Figuring out a new calorie limit with increased activity..???

I have been doing a really good job at eating at/under my calorie limit for the last few months. And then I started a new job. My average step count has gone from 8,000 to 16,000 a day, I spend 7.5 hours a day, 5 days a week walking, lifting, etc. I am starving when it comes time for dinner on days that I work, and even though I’ve also been eating 100-200 more calories at lunch time. Before I started the job I did not eat back burned calories, even on days I worked out or went for long hikes, I stuck with the same limit. I don’t know if I can do that now.

Do I just raise my limit on days I work? How can I most accurately calculate burned calories from walking around at work? Do I just stick with the old limit and deal with the hunger? Please help
