It's been a long time coming. I'm a bit (a lot) bigger than I'd like to be at the moment. Think it's about time to finally get into shape, so I've opened up this thread as more of a personal diary and to hold myself accountable. I'll be posting weekly updates.
Joined a gym, lifting a PPL routine + cardio + cut the calories way down and be a lot more mindful of what I eat.
Current Stats: 5 ft 7/170 cm, 202.6 lbs/91.9 kg. I'd estimate I'm probably between 35-40% body fat.
Target 1: 90kg
Target 2: 85kg
Target 3: 80kg
I'll be aiming on reaching short-term targets at a time as a part of an overall agenda to ultimately be around 67-70 kg by March.
