I’ve gained about 30 pounds over the last several years. I’m a 26 year old female. About 5’7” and my highest weight is 202 pounds. My goal weight for the time being is 170.
I finally made the choice to get active and start losing weight in July. By September I lost about 10 pounds. I got sick about two weeks ago and it really messed up my flow of things. Checked the scale today and I’m back up 6 pounds. I feel so defeated. Do you guys have any advice or tips for when you feel this way? I know I have to pick myself up again and just start going at it again, but I feel like I’m basically back at my starting point.
