Hello losers,
Happy Sunday Funday!
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 218.8 this morning, 217.7 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range: Big breakfast for dinner planned, still in goal. 16/22 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Would you believe more aggressive cleaning & a walk again today? Cuz that's what's doing. 16/24 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. I settled up the donation already friends. 15/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Finishing up my meal prep and a few other odds and ends so next week can go as smoothly as possible.
Write 1,700 words a day for Nanowrimo, finish or $100 donation: 13700! Planning to hit this hard after dinner. Black Friday shall be house bound write in for this lady as well.
Try a new recipe once a week: I've hit this goal although I'm also helping on Thanksgiving stuff so I made add to it! I've made hummus from dry beans, chicken tortilla soup, a roasted spaghetti squash dish, a navy bean stew (which I have decided to call bean goop vomit because of the color profile) & a lentil & sausage stew so far. 5/5 weeks.
Be thankful for something every fucking day: Today I am grateful for Trader Joe's chicken sausage. Better than the fancy brands I've tried & way less expensive both in money & calories.
