Just what it says on the tin. I’m seeking advice on how to cut back on my fast food intake, for a variety of reasons. Namely, it’s been adding weight (that I was trying to shed anyways) and draining my bank account.
I’m in college, and being on the meal plan last year made it an ingrained habit to just pick up food and go. Now I have no meal plan and a kitchen, but between going from 7AM to 7PM, and not really having the supplies/knowledge of cooking, I feel a little lost.
I know if I want to stop gaining, I have to cut out (or at least cut down) the fast food. How do I ignore the temptation?
