I’m a male, 26, and originally 160 pounds when I started working out. I am exercising 30-45 minutes per day of various mixed cardio and counting 1700 calories per day. Usually logging around 500-700 calories at a deficit. My weight was steady for over a month, only dropping about a pound. Then this happened ( November weight log below). Long story short I ended up losing the weight in a huge whoosh, but then after 4-5 days I had a cheat meal that was high in sodium, and even after several days of eating healthy the weight seems to be remaining? I’m really discouraged at the lack of permanent results. Not sure what is wrong or what to do.
