SW 275 CW 180 I lost nearly 100 lbs as of now. Over the summer was doing 4-5 miles a day. Then it got cold so I joined a gym.
I did cardio almost everyday, eating high protein low carb on an already calorie deficit. Started weight lifting to just get into the groove. That was twice a week.
Now I’m at the gym 3 days a week. Virtually opposite of what I do. 15 minutes on the eliptical and mostly doing upper body and core. Hitting all main muscle groups. I haven’t done legs at all since I’ve walked so much that my legs are already really in good shape.
My only question concerns my stomach fat. It’s the most that is left, and it sticks out a lot. Should I try more cardio, more core? My arms are really well for the little time I’ve done already.
