Help and reassurance needed

Hiya, no idea how to write this properly so here goes. I’m 24 and currently 75kg (about 20kg overweight). I used to weigh 55kg and desperately want to get back to that size. Over the past few years my eating habits have gone to the dogs and I’ve finally got them back to what they used to be! No sweets, no takeaways, no soft drinks or juices and smaller portions. I’ve been back to the healthy eating for 3 weeks now and I haven’t lost any weight at all. I’m feeling down in the dumps now and in need of some advice. Is it normal not to have lost any weight, am I being unreasonable to expect to have lost at least 1kg by now? Thanks in advance!
