Hello I am Sarah! I am new here so I would like to introduce myself! I am a sophomore in college (majoring in architecture) and am stuck at my desk in the studio for a good amount of hours (6-11) each day. Last semester I started at my highest weight (190) and slowly got down to 155 or so by the end of the semester (diet and working out 6 days a week).
Then the summer happened… which I don't have many excuses for. Over the summer I worked full time as a lifeguard during the week, and traveled two hours across the bay to visit my boyfriend on the weekend. This left very little time to work out and through that I just fell off my healthy lifestyle.
Now I am back at school and weigh something around 178… so pretty much back to where I was. I am trying not to be discouraged because now I know what works for me in terms of diet and exercise and I won’t have to go through the pains of trial and error.
Have any of you ever experienced anything similar to what I have? Let me know! I want to find some ways of keeping me accountable (online support groups or something)... does anyone have any ideas?
