Every year it's been the same thing, promise to lose weight and end up staying the same, and today I have finally figured out why, I keep making too many changes too fast. I grew up with little discipline, eating what I wanted and drinking whatever I wanted.
Before I would always try to change the way I eat and exercise daily, within a month I'd give up because it felt too hard. Now, Im focusing on one thing at a time until it becomes apart of my lifestyle, than move on to another thing.
Will it take longer to see results? Maybe, depending on what you change, I've been cutting down on the soda to a point I actually suffered caffiene withdrawal this morning, but I honestly feel so much better getting rid of that sugary crap. Next will be more balanced meals and than I'll work on more exercises besides walking once or twice a day.
