Hello everyone, I’ve been so inspired by all of your stories and successes (as a long time lurker). I need a bit of help - I have been eating rubbish for a long time time and while in the past I have had successes, I just cannot get into the swing of dieting now. I.e. I set every single Monday as the day I’m “going to start dieting” but seem to last up until lunch time when a lazy meal is easier and I put off ‘starting my diet’ until the next Monday.
So my question to this wonderful community is:
How do you start and motivate yourself? Do you join a diet programme? (I have issues with weight watchers and slimming world programmes but the community and accountability they provide is good)
