I'm still the same >:(

I am pretty sure I was skinny before this but my problem started after going to brazil and Italy in summer, where I ate A LOT and didn't exercise and gained like 15 lbs or something like that, my family noticed my cheeks were chubbier and my belly was bigger. when I came back home I went straight back to healthy habits. I do kickboxing for 1 hour 4 days a week, eat how I used to eat and even cut out extra carbs! I lost like 4 pounds after half a month or so BUT after that, I still have some belly fat that I would like to get rid of (and no it's not the natural belly bump) but nothing has worked. I am stuck in 143 lb and would like to go down to 132, I am 15, 5'4

what can I do?!
