Is this a healthy way to lose weight? My weight dropped from 147.7KG to 143.7KG in just 6 days after I stopped all junk food. And I don't ever want loose skin, but healthy weight reduction is maximum 1KG per week, Im losing more than that by skipping junk food And I didn't even start exercising yet.

So my daily calorie intake is maximum 2600 since I'm 6'2 age 22 and 147KG. If I consume foods twice daily like (@12pm- 3 fried eggs, 300g of plain fried tuna with 4 whole wheat bread) And at 9Pm 1 whole wheat bread slice with honey, and 4 other slices of whole wheat bread with margarine, and 2 bananas with Whole wheat bread) And within the time between I drink lots of water.

I used an app called Lose It! And got to know that I consume 2100 calories.

I've been eating these for past 6 days, I gave up all the sugars like soda, pastries, and junk food like ramen noodles, burgers, pizzas, etc.
