I've been to the usual blogs for advice but I would really like to hear from people like me but who have actually succeeded. I've only lost 5lbs so far and it's been about two weeks. I was feeling so motivated and already felt like my face was slimming down. I've been working out every day and eating really well. Then today I went to class and had pizza. For absolutely no reason other than the fact that I had my bank card on me and I was craving some instant junk food. I'm a big junkie, obsessed with food and that's always been the problem. I'm the person who watches recipe videos on YouTube for fun. I'd really like to know, how do you hold back from splurging those last few dollars on fast food? Keeping the bank card at home isn't an option as I need it to get to university. I'm sorry if this appears redundant but I'm genuinely afraid I'll never reach my goals. Also, how the heck do I keep going? What to do after a bad day?
