Hello everyone! So I started my journey last week. I have tried to lose weight before thorough just diet but I think I've learnt that I need to be more active too. I have a heart condition that I've had since birth and so I was never massively active as my parents wouldn't let me out of fear. Now, as a 24-year-old adult, I've realised that my size is definitely more dangerous to my heart than any exercise would ever be so I've started going to the gym 3 times a week which I'm hoping is a good place to start. I just thought it was worth writing a first post just to say hello and to introduce myself so yeah, hello! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
