Staying motivated with small goals and slow progress

After a year of stress eating, uni finished up about a month ago so I finally faced reality, jumped on the scales, and wrote down the weight that is at least 5kg (11lb) higher than I’d like. Since then I have tried to be diligent and consistent and it’s been so much harder than when I had over 20kg (44lb) to lose. At 166cm (5’5) and 60kg (132lbs) my clothes feel tight and I feel sluggish running, and I can’t comfortably wear my shorts and summer is fast approaching. I’ve weighed myself every morning and I am down to 57.8 (127lb) as of this morning but it feels like such impossibly slow progress and I feel more hungry and frustrated than I ever have before trying to lose weight. Does anyone else have a small amount to lose and find it hard to stay on track?
