For about 15 years, I only ate 1 big meal a day and a small meal, eating about 1700 calories a day, not drinking much water, drinking quite a bit of milk and over the 150 years I've gain over 160lbs, living a super sedentary lifestyle. Its to the point where I wouldn't get hungry until about 3-4pm and I was wondering how people overcame it and lost weight? I'm starting to cut out all other liquids and drinking water as soon as I wake up and about 64oz a day, but I was just wondering what your key trick was to losing weight, was it working out a ton? Did you keep the same diet? Any and all help will be appreciated.
