At first I was thinking about intermittent fasting but since there are so many unknown factors in it at least for teens and growth, I don’t want to jeopardize or stunt my height. Yes, eating food that is good for you, not overindulging, and getting a good amount of exercise are great factors but its something that I hear all the time so it doesn’t really help me since I don’t know what the best exercises for teens are or the best foods to eat. I’m a 15 year old male, 5’6” (168cm) and weigh 161lbs (73kg) Any tips? (The post said that the post had too little content which is weird cause this looks like enough so please ignore this i’m trying to length it out as much as possible. This might break the subreddits rules so my apologies yada yada yada this should be long enough right?)
