Sooo what do you do when you ate a late breakfast and it was a nice, surprisingly filling (healthy!) muffin, and then you got busy at work and forgot to eat lunch and suddenly it's 4:00pm and you're both very hungry but also just two hours away from dinner? **facepalm* (It was a VERY filling muffin! Highly recommend Superhero Muffins from the Run Fast, Cook Fast, Eat Slow cookbook lol).
I'm laughing at myself but I'm also kinda annoyed. I had all these plans to start the week off right and now it's been totally thrown off. This isn't a BIG deal - the answer is probably just 'eat a snack, dummy' - but I definitely can't let this become a habit.
