30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 13

Hello losers,

Happy Friday! We made it.

Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 217.0 this morning.

Stay within calorie range: Lots of calories left for dinner. 11/12 days.

Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT or errands tonight, we'll see. Ended up aggressively cleaning yesterday. 11/13 days.

Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. 7/13 allowed.

Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): A work thing that was stressing me out has resolved itself. I'm ready to have a chill evening in with my partner.

Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans & Mexican red lentil stew so far. Not sure what's on the docket next. Not gonna lie, probably going to do chili for my meal prep so I'll have to try some creative dinner recipes! 2/5 weeks.

Finish The Body Keeps the Score: No progress yet.

Note something jolly every damn day: Holiday bonus time at work. Some extra festivities will occur around it.
