Desperate for outside advice

TLDR; I've lived a terribly unhealthy life, and I want to change. But I have no idea how to start.

It's time that I (F21) make a change. I want to be HEALTHY and take care of my body. I've been doing a terrible job for my entire life; all I eat is junk food, I'm addicted to soda, and I've never worked out. I have a horrible sweet tooth, and the main reason I don't eat healthy food is because I just don't like the taste or texture. Also, I am in college so I don't really have the time to cook. It's a mess.

But I want to make a change, because I can feel the effects it has on my body. I just need advice for how. Are there pills, supplements, or drink mixes that work (and don't have terrible side effects lmao)? What are your recommendations for someone who loves junk food? How do I cure my soda addiction?
