Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and it's my first challenge with you guys. I have been emotionally struggling for the past couple of months and I've noticed weight gain, lack of motivation and decrease in my stamina. Despite not feeling myself I still exercise normally (cycling every day, running 1-3 times a wekk, HIIT 1-3 times a week, climbing and swimming) but everything is getting harder and harder instead of becoming easier.
Has someone else also noticed that even though they exercise more or are doing the same routine over and over again it's not getting any easier but harder?
Any advice on that? Or what could be a reason?
