So I've lost 65 pounds so far, but have been at the same weight for the past 3-4 months (maybe slightly decreasing). For some reason, I can't seem to get into the same mindset as I was previously. Couple this with poor willpower and minimal discipline to begin with and it seems near impossible to lose these last 15-20 pounds :/ . I know I can do it because I DID do it, but I just can't seem to get into the proper headspace I was once in. The hardest part is that I'll go a week or two eating at a solid deficit, but the scale will often say I'm heavier than I was the week or two prior (and yes, I do track everything I eat accurately)! I end up just getting frustrated and decide to put it off...I'm so close to my ideal weight, but for some reason I just can't get there.
Does anyone with experience restarting have any advice?
